Yes, saying Mass on Sunday mornings are a large part of what a priest does. The rest of the week, priests are encouraged to offer daily Mass. Other than that, the work of a priest can be divided into three aspects.
Sacramentally, the priest hears confessions, anoints of the sick, and celebrates and prepares people for the sacraments and rites of the Church and (weddings, funerals, baptisms). The priest also ultimately assures the candidates for confirmation are prepared.
Pastorally, the priest visits the sick and homebound, the grieving and those in need. He also is to seek out the lost and the fallen, to help them discover or return to God. A big part of the pastoral aspect of the priest is his prayer of the Liturgy of the Hours on behalf of the people he serves.
Administratively, priest/pastors have meetings with groups that assist with the financial, educational, and pastoral needs of the Parish. The pastor also ultimately is in charge of the 'temporal' needs of the parish - budgets and financial aspects.
But priests also have time for personal growth, rest and relaxation. When time allows, some of us do hunt and fish. We travel. We go to games, concerts, movies, and plays. We play sports. Watch our favorite teams or shows on TV.
