I have heard that there are some physical disabilities that prevent men from being ordained. Can you give examples.
Actually, most of the physical disabilities that limit priestly ministry do so not because of the deformity but due to the inability to function as a priest (example lack of both arms or being paralyzed). However, there are another type of physical 'disability' that is not allowed: Severe self-inflicted mutilations, castrations, and various other 'destructive' acts of self because they hint at severe psychological disorders. Physically, a man must be able to preform ministry for the Diocesan priesthood, though some orders might consider an otherwise able man.
