Hi, I'm Fr. Jeff. And though it's been years since I left my family farm near Belview to enter the seminary, I've still got my pet hog. (Check out the pic, baby) The questions you see on this site are from people just like you. Here are some answers to questions you might have about me. After high school, I attended the University of Minnesota, Morris, until deciding to give college seminary a try. St. John Vianney Seminary on the St. Thomas campus proved to be a supportive and helpful community. The highlight was a semester of study in the Holy Land. After ordination, I served as an associate at Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, New Ulm, and St. Mary, Willmar, before becoming pastor of St.Michael, Madison. Throughout these years I have enjoyed serving on the Diocesan Worship and Spiritual Life Committee. During the winter, I play racquetball. In the summer, I can be found on the tennis court. And whenever the weather allows, I'm on my motorcycle.(Just call me the Rev who revs) I'm also a huge country music fan who's known to frequent live concerts.(Yet another reason for my dark glasses) If you have any questions about the priesthood, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions.
